ECCM needs revamping badly, its oppertunity cost is too high at the moment Give midslot ECCM variants a 50% chance to negate any EW ( EW = ECM,TD,TP,RSD). They still need to give a positive effect as well, maybe -5% sig res. Low slot 25% and -2.5%...

The main visual effect of railguns would be the electric arcing near the muzzle/sparks from rail degradation. Other than that unless the projectile really heats up during firing it wouldnt really provide much visual clues untill it hits the target.
